Once, Diamond Ng Kok Sim was hesitated to engage in the Shuang Hor business, it wasn't due to a lack of faith in Shuang Hor products but rather a lack of confidence in himself. Their diligence and perseverance yielded impressive results, and in less than half a year, they were promoted to the rank of Vice Manager. However, life's challenges often come when one least expects them. In 1997, the Asian financial crisis struck, their network's sales inevitably suffered a massive blow, and they found themselves in the midst of a talent drain as many uplines and downlines left one after another.

Ng Kok Sim admitted that his feelings were very complicated during that time. However, an indomitable spirit of never giving up kept them in Shuang Hor. Thanks to their grit and persistence back then, they managed to bounce back from the depths. They quickly made a comeback and eventually succeeded in overcoming the adversity, paving their way to where they are now.

In the blink of an eye, it has been 28 years since Ng Kok Sim and Loh Chin Cheu Diamond couple joined Shuang Hor. Along this journey, they have been quietly gearing themselves up to make their dreams come true; the ups and downs they experienced along the way laid the foundation for them to achieve the rank of Diamond. The road to Diamond may have been slow, but it is steady, and finally now granted the life they wanted.
