A chance visit had rekindled the long-lost bond between Chung Bitt Khi and Shuang Hor, thus starting his 26-year-long journey at Shuang Hor. Looking back on the turning point in their lives, Diamond Couple Chung Bitt Khi and Lau Yean Huey can't help but marvel at the wonders of fate.

After reconnected with Shuang Hor, Chung Bitt Khi seized the opportunity to build a sideline career at Shuang Hor. In the process of attending OPP and learning, the seeds of love quietly germinated. He met Lau Yean Huey who are also a Shuang Hor distributor. Getting along well and having similar interests, they decided to build a happy family.

After getting married, Chung Bitt Khi had put more effort into his Shuang Hor business, but perhaps because he had yet to get the hang of it, he often found it difficult to make a breakthrough in sales. He decided to change course temporarily, going to work in Canada with his wife in order to save up capital for their future Shuang Hor business. In 2003, they returned to Sandakan with their savings and started devoting themselves to the Shuang Hor business. Chung Bitt Khi asked his upline for advice on the secret to a successful Shuang Hor business and even visited a Lingzhi farm in Taiwan.

With great effort, the couple finally gained a firm foothold at Shuang Hor, however, they stepped into their comfort zone, hindering them from breaking through the threshold of getting promoted to Diamond. Chung Bitt Khi realised it was time to make changes. Coincided with the launch of the 111 Café Business Plan in 2018, he followed in the system's footsteps and replicated the strategy, and their performance and network size grew exponentially in a short period of time.

Looking back on his journey of struggle at Shuang Hor, Chung Bitt Khi was grateful to have received the most valuable gifts—namely Breakthroughs and Growth. He had encountered hardships along the way, but after breaking through one adversity after another with a strong determination, he eventually earned the honour of making it to the list of Diamond Achievers.
